1.3 Strategic Consultant
1.3.1 Mentor teams to enhance skills and capabilities.
1.3.2 Design frameworks for monitoring and evaluation.
1.3.3 Provide expert advice on program development and execution.
1.4 Executive Director Human Resources
1.4.1 Lead talent acquisition and training initiatives.
1.4.2 Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
1.4.3 Develop HR policies that align with organizational values.
1.5 Executive Director Operations
1.5.1 Develop and execute operational strategies.
1.5.2 Lead cross-functional teams for program success.
1.5.3 Monitor program performance and address challenges

1.6.1 Evaluate the impact of programs and recommend improvements.
1.6.2 Develop evidence-based strategies to improve program outcomes.
1.6.3 Conduct research to identify trends and innovations in education and healthcare.
1.7 Executive Director Administration
1.7.1 Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and SWF policies.
1.7.2 Oversee administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.
1.7.3 Manage procurement, facilities, and resource allocation to support programs.
1.8 Executive Director Projects
1.8.1 Plan, implement, and oversee education, healthcare and community outreach projects.
1.8.2 Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
1.8.3 Collaborate with other departments to align projects with SWF goals. SWF goals
should align with UN goals.
1.9 Executive Director Marketing
1.9.1 Develop marketing strategies to promote SWF mission & vision.
1.9.2 Oversee branding, communication, and public relation efforts.
1.9.3 Engage with stakeholders through campaigns to increase visibility and fundraising
opportunities.
1.10 Executive Director Finance and Accounts
1.10.1 Maintain accurate financial records and ensure regulatory compliance.
1.10.2 Prepare budgets, financial reports and donor reports.
1.10.3 Oversee audits and financial planning and risk management.
1.11 Executive Director Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
1.11.1 Develop and implement ICT strategies to support the organization’s programs and
operations.
1.11.2 Ensure the security, reliability and efficiency of IT infrastructure and systems.
1.11.3 Oversee the use of digital tools and platforms to enhance education and healthcare
services.
